HEALTHY MONDAY

I have been trying to eat more healthy , what have i noticed ? I crave junk food more but also my body has never felt more great .I’m more alert and energized .Is it easy ? no . There are days when you want to quit because you don’t care if you look like a hippo , you think you’re gonna die one day anyways . There are days when I have actually given up .
You are not going to be perfect , its not the end of the world if you ate a little junk food on rare occasions , know the amount you are eating , but donot go overboard , know your limit . Exercise , yes , exercise , do it a little at a time , increase the amount of exercise you do per week and be consistent .Play your favorite music , do your favorite dance , enjoy yourself . Focus on the areas you want to see improvement .

Do not try to be skinny , try to be healthy , try to be fit ..You don’t know when there is going to a zombie apocalypse . just kidding .
